Debora Weber-Wulff in her blog clames that the IEEE Conference on Computational Complexity accepted and published 2 junk papers

Prof. Debora Weber-Wulff (Germany) in her blog clames that the IEEE Conference on Computational Complexity accepted and published 2 junk papers. She is right.
By Google Search, you can easily find that the IEEE Conference on Computational Complexity accepted and published 2 junk papers. Is this a fake conference? Do the organizers work only for money?
We believe absolutely that this is a typical fake IEEE Conference (bogus conference)

New Bogus IEEE Conferences have been checked by submission of SCIgen papers

This junk IEEE conference is advertized as "Ei & ISTP indexed", but the EI and ISTP do not have any idea about it. We contacted them by email as well and they told us "no relation with this unknown conference"

SPAM from IEE. This junk IEEE conference is advertized as "Ei & ISTP indexed", but the EI and ISTP do not have any idea about it. We contacted them by email as well and they told us "no relation with this unknown conference"

APPEEC 2012 will bring together top researchers from Asian Pacific areas, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange research results and address open issues in all aspects of Power and Energy Engineering.

We sent an email to EI Compendex and INSPEC. They sent us a reply that they do not have any agreement or contract with this ridiculus "conference". A lady from IET told us "All the IEEE conferences in Asia are fake conferences"

All the IEEE conferences in far east countries are fake conferences.
This absolutely garbage email reached the computers of our university as Spam.
This is conference on "Medicine and Education". It looks fake conferences and the absolute junk. What to say about the IEEE Scam. Who are the organizers? Obviously scammers of IEEE with only one target: Your wallet. We sent an email to EI Compendex and INSPEC. They sent us a reply that they do not have any agreement or contract with this ridiculus "conference". A lady from IET told us "All the IEEE conferences in Asia are fake conferences"

New Spam from the predatory publisher: Taylor and Francis (Taylor and Francis has accepted mny fake bogus papers, even SCIgen)

New Spam from the predatory publisher: Taylor and Francis (Taylor and Francis has accepted mny fake bogus papers, even SCIgen). There is also a very strange, underground, recondite relation of Taylors and Francis with the dark, controversial personality Jeffrey Beall.
Jeffrey Beall backs Taylor and Francis and Taylors and Francis backs Jeffrey Beall. Jeffrey Beall supports openly and clearly the commercial publisher Taylor and Francis mangling several other publishers.
A similar dark, unethical, subground relation exists betwenn Hindawi and Jeffrey Beall, also between American Institute of Physics and Jeffrey Beall. Also, IASTED, a controversial commercial house of thousand fake conferences had Jeffrey Beall as Keynote Speaker. As a result Jeffrey Beall considers IASTED as legitimate organization inspite of the complaints of many blogs. Another commercial company that is the beloved boy of Jeffrey Beall is AICIT. AICIT is a fake organization, but Jeffrey Beall consider that AICIT is excellent. See
This is the recent ungly, aggresive and annoying spam from the Jeffrey-Beall sponsored Taylor and Francis:

Conflict of Interest.

Jeffrey Beall is on the editorial board of a journal published by Taylor & Francis (T&F).  This is the Journal:
Taylor & Francis (T&F) is a commercial company. Why did Taylor & Francis (T&F) gave an editorial position to Jeffrey Beall?
Why did Taylor & Francis gave this position to a person without M.Sc. and without Ph.D.? Obviously, because they (T&F) receive something from Jeffrey Beall:  His continuously support from his blog and the extermination of almost all the Open Access Publishers.
T&F is a also a disgusting and nasty Spammer. Taylor and Francis has accepted several fake papers in the past.
Additionally,  Taylor and Francis officers publish comments in the blog of Jeffrey Beall very frequently.
Taylor and Francis publishes hundreds of academic journals, including STM journals.  Because T&F is a commercial enterprise, Open Access (OA) journal publishers, especially STM publishers, are T&F’s direct competition

IEEE and Jeffrey Beall
Taking into account that IEEE Conferences has published fake SCIgen Papers, it would be reasonable IEEE to be in the black list of Jeffrey Beall. Right? See

Two Fake Papers in IEEE EBISS and
and many others (Google: IEEE Fake Conferences or IEEE Bogus Conferences or IEEE SCIgen)
Then why IEEE is not in Beall's list?

Fake Conference of SDIWC with the sponsorship of IEEE.

The Fake Conferences of SDIWC with the sponsorship of IEEE sent us this SPAM.
The SDIWC conferences (as many other IEEE Conferences) have accepted and published many SCIgen papers
(SCIgen papers are papers with random words and phrases:  )
So, this is the SCAM email of SDIWC. Avoid any relation with them and avoid , by the way any relation with the fake IAENG conferences, We recommend against attending SDIWC and IAENG Fake conferences especially for SDIWC and IAENG if they are IEEE Co-Sponsored:  Google IEEE Fake, IAENG Fake, SDIWC Fake

This was the SPAM from the Bogus (Fake) SDIWC and what a coincidence the have the sponsorship of the sinful IEEE!!!!!!

A typical example for a FAKE IEEE conference

Prof. Chang send this by email:

I have been in an IEEE Conference in Shanghai (China). The conference fees were 400 USD. I received a USB memory stick as conference proceedings and a small book of Abstracts. The Proceedings were mediocre. I had two papers accepted without review. This was not a surprize because I know that all the IEEE (junk) conferences, especially in Asia, are without essential review. The very big bad surprize, however, was that the IEEE organizers closed the conference at the end of the first day!!!!

They told me that the 2nd and 3rd day are dedicated to excursions (??!!)
I had the "bad luck" to arrive in the Hotel early in the morning of the 2nd day. I met the organizers and they told me that "in an attempt to minimize the cost (conference rooms rentals, coffee-break, lunches, banquet etc...)", they have hired the Hotel services only for one day. With much sarcasm, they asked me: "Hey! You received IEEE conference proceedings and two publications with IEEE name for your CV, plus publication in IEEExplore data base. Aren't they enough for you for the 400+200 USD that you paid (200 USD was for my second paper).
So, this IEEE conference had in the title of the Proceedings three days, but it was only one day, becuse they did not want to pay the conference rooms, coffee-breaks, possible lunches, hours for the secretariat ladies, dinner(s) for the second and third day.

I did not find any SCIgen paper in this memory stick, but I am sure that this was eventual. In many IEEE fake, junk, conferences (yes, I consider the conference that I participated as fake and bogus, because they closed the Hotel in the 2nd and 3rd day), the memory sticks or the CDs do contain SCIgen fake papers, really.

Yes, the numerous IEEE conference proceedings contain SCIgen fake papers. They produce junk proceedings.
I was so mad with this situation of this junk conference in Shangai. I threated them and I promised to send an email to IEEE. I did send email to IEEE. The worse thing is that the IEEE gave them again the authorization to run 6 (SIX) IEEE conferences in 2012 in China. Of course, they will be fake, bogus, scam conferences.
So, IEEE is aware of this situation but IEEE closes its eyes. You understand the reason.
Money, money, money (part of the conference fees) are so strong that can unlock every door and the door of IEEE is always open like a BROTHEL's door.
